I'm studying public management, and I just wanted to reflect on my leadership style. A couple of people mentioned that I was pretty diplomatic, and I can't wait to graduate because I am getting hives. This is "me" as a leader, but this is not the "me" I want to be in other aspects. I've turned soft, and I am bothered by the thought that I will have to decide on certain things during the semestral break which includes noting down my non-negotiables for life during the second semester.
Hope my defense turns out fine... After that we'll probably be scheduling my field research. Hope it doesn't fall on a date that I plan to go to Dumaguete, by hook or by crook. 25-30, those magical days. hehe. Hope my research starts right after induction, around 20 to 25. :D
