Lie low is key, lie low is everything it's summed up to be
Lie low is needles on your feet, lie low is that slow decay on your teeth
Lie low is something that tendered a resignation
Or something akin to that of postboredom
Lie low leaves you for gray, and you can't help but look for ripples in your pond
Or something that is perceived of that kind, pretentious included
Open the doors for everything that you hoped for
The sea, the schizophrenia, the hypnotic bliss you once threw out the window
The love you once embezzled with curls or chinks or chastity
Destroy the third world reality with your pompous foot-pounding
Signify nothing solid, have it liquidated with your morning breath
That stench you once called home, leave it for something
Cut it short grow it long I liked it long
Long enough to nail me to the ground
Ballasted, blasted from this space
